With regards to the previously announced plan to strengthen the
capital structure of Safilo Group, aimed, amongst other things, at achieving a decisive realignment of the Group’s financial and capital structure, the company states, as requested by Consob and Borsa Italiana, that it expects to receive shortly the offers related to the possible entry of a private equity fund into Safilo’s share capital.
